Class Description
The nadis are an incredible way to understand how the energy moves through your mind/body operating system and how to optimize it and notice when it is getting optimized. The subconscious mind will try to make you forget your optimization so it can stay the status quo.
Look for the moments you have more energy. We are trained to not be sensitive to those breadcrumbs along the spiritual path, to not see the miracles, so you can continue to run the programs of the trauma of the childhood issues and societal complacencies. As a yogic practitioner, it is really important to pay attention and notice when you have more energy or expanded ability to deal with a situation or repetitive pattern. In order to wake up in this matrix, you have to pay attention to the difference in you agility to respond, move, maneuver within this matrix.
A yogi who has a pranayama practice 3x’s a day will enhance and boost the nadi pathways. This can be a quick ego eradicator or fists of anger.
