The Sacred Householder

The sound current uplinks you to a lineage of power and empowerment. It's a golden sound that links you to the golden chain, a connection to your dharma, your destiny instantaneously.

This meditation connects us to our dharma very quickly and is good to use when you need strength and develop caliber.

When you have caliber then others can feel something when they come into contact with you.

Caliber happens through the repetition of the sound current because the sound current structures your thought forms and energy field. It affects people and it is called the Master's Touch. Then as you go through time and space, you don't have to say much to people, your presence is enough.

Find a relationship with the sound. Each day you can try to connect and fall in love with your own sound.  No one can take that away from you. It belongs to you.

Each day we are aligning ourselves to be open to receiving the experiences. We are hunting for it, but we are not expecting it, for the places and the moments to allow us to have that experience, where we are the one force, wisdom, the vibration of all that is.

Just keep showing up.

In this dharma talk on the 4th day of the moon, Guru Jagat examines what it means to meditate and how the pineal gland affects our vitality.

There is a special secretion of the pineal gland that happens on the 4th day of the moon, and the pineal gland secretions have a direct relationship to how we age.  When the gland is calcified you are less sensitive, degenerating towards senility, lack energy, and other modern issues of aging may show up.

Practice this meditation on the 4th and 11th days of the moon to help de-calcify the pineal gland, clearing out blockages of the brain stem.
