A true spiritual practice is learning how to let others think that they have won by saying, “you are right.” You will get everywhere if you learn how to do this. “You are right” is a mantra! Learn to not react and not defend yourself. Let others have their own opinions and move on. This is a spiritual practice. Guru Jagat will make you laugh so much as she teaches these deep concepts. Then she will lead you in a kriya to work on supporting the subtle body that includes a lot of dancing and a long gong bath. Have fun!

There's a fundamental understanding and practice around balancing and resetting the glandular system that is basically a foundation for everything else you do.
