There is nothing wrong with using and enjoying pop culture and social media and Guru Jagat was a great example of this! But we need to not be used by it. Remove tension from the shoulders and relax the muscles of the breast. When the breast muscles are not relaxed the stomach muscles are stressed which causes fat to deposit around the abdomen. When the shoulder muscles are stretched, the supply of blood to the brain is regulated.

This set works on the lower spine and on opening up the arteries.  It gives the shoulders a workout they never get in day-to-day life.  Balance the meridians in the rib cage and the area above it.

It takes strength and mind training. There is momentum and forces that don't want you to figure out that you are a living God. We are working against a polarity on the planet. They want you not to be focused, so you don't know what's going on. This is why we have to wake up. The sound codes are a way, post-religious, a way to go inside of something to wake something up. These codes were given to us by the future. There are forces that don't want us to blow the planet up.
