Lindsey’s journey began at youth with dance, gymnastics and organized sports. As an adult, she has channeled movement through yoga and pole dance for the past 20 years. As a certified yoga and pole instructor, Lindsey empowered individuals to connect deeply with themselves and to work with movement as a form of liberation.
