Sense of Self…
Mercury returned to Leo over the weekend (joining the Sun, Venus, Mars, and Juno), and ends its post-retrograde shadow phase on Wednesday, so it’s clear skies ahead as we leave our moody and muddy minds behind us for a while. Mercury rules our communication, mind, and senses (the way in which we communicate with the world around us).
It’s summer, so revel in the fragrances, tastes, sights, sounds, and sensations of the season. And watch for more flair and flamboyance in how we’re all expressing ourselves this month. Freedom of speech may help to free our minds toward greater creativity, but take care not to be too glib in how you speak to others.
Let your Love Light Shine…
The Sun comes conjunct with Venus in Leo on Tuesday, brightening up our lives with feelings of love, romance, and prosperity. Venus vibes are all about harmony, love, and finance, and attracting what we want and need. With the Sun adding its light in fun and frolicking Leo, we’re feeling abundant and attractive, enjoying the blessings of life. Let your love light shine on the people in your life, or beam bright and meet a new someone. And share that love with yourself by treating yourself to something special! (Just don’t be too overindulgent…).
Building Heaven on Earth…
The Moon shines Full in Aquarius on Thursday, in opposition to the Leo Sun and Venus (plus Mars and Juno), with all in square to Vesta in Taurus. Aquarius is the constellation of the Water Bearer, representative to the Greeks of Ganymede, a human beloved by Zeus who was brought to Mount Olympus to serve the gods. It reminds us that we are in service to the divine as we pour ourselves into our human existence here on Planet Earth.
With all four planets at 22° in their respective signs and in strong aspect to one another, that message is greatly amplified and elevated. Twenty-Two is a Master number, holding the vibration of the Master Builder. It focuses us on how we are bringing the ideas and ideals in our minds and soul-coding into existence here on the material plane.
Aquarius bridges Heaven and Earth as it bridges time, revealing the future and gleaning wisdom from the past so that we may create more consciously in the present. The influence of Aquarius, the square to Vesta and a trine to Pallas Athena in Libra, all speak to the independence required to truly be ourselves so that we may lend our unique voice and vibration to and on behalf of all of humanity.
All Full Moons amp up the energy, but in Aquarius, the waves can get a bit weird. Be aware of the abrupt and sudden nature of the sign, and note that it’s not just you feeling those waves. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump from weird to wacky. 😉
