This class was given on the 4th day of the moon which is an opportune day for deep healing. You are your own greatest therapist, doctor, etc. Initiate that space in you with the kundalini yoga in this session. In meditation, you can turn the course on any haunting thought form even if it shape-shifts its form. You don’t need to be afraid of your greatness.
