You can rebuild the structures of places that hold vortexes but the way the psychomagnetic energy is rebuilt is vibrational. 2018 is an “11” year according to tantric numerology. It requires a certain attitude that is all about the radiant body. It protects us in royal magnificence. “11” merges with the universal sound current which created, contains, & carries us.

To fully reap the benefits of this “11” year, one must create a strong container. 11 is the master number which contains all other numbers. Look at your practice beyond discipline. You are creating train tracks that go in the direction of your destiny. Build the track in the direction of where you want to go. Practice and your physiology will be different forever. That is a good deal. The return on your investment of 45 minutes of yoga is far greater than your excuses. It is a revolutionary act.

Your vitality is based on your ability to change the resonance of the cell body. You can change the structure and epigenetics of your cells through sound current. Get in that resonance with this deep practice.
