I would like to have a really kind of simple, basic experience tonight. I'd like to stretch our bodies out a little bit and run some energy through the system. And then I'd like to go into a really deep and regenerative meditation. Of the many purposes, many applications of yoga, many ways that you can use yoga—you know what it's good for? One of its most fundamental purposes are for you to have a self experience, to be able to go deep inside of yourself and to feel the human being that you really are. And you almost don't need to get any more like fancy than that.
