The thing that’s in me that’s beyond time and space, is the thing that heals anything of time and of space. That’s the limitlessness. It's the well of unlimited energy that I can tap into with my breath my sound and my body.
I learn about myself through the breath and mantra, and the physical yoga helps to hold the changing energy. Currency is changing, relating is changing, and the relaxation of the nervous system through the practice with allow the integration of the unknown into the known.
