We are going to go into the space of the heart & open it. To hold these higher frequencies we have to be strong. There are yogis who just sit & meditate all day, that's good. But you can only hold as much frequency as the body can handle. So if I have a glass that's very weak & I pour water into it, there's some cracks, the glass can't hold it. If the glass is very strong, it can hold the water. So we have to make our bodies strong. When you have physical strength, then you have a mental strength, when you have a mental strength, then you have a spiritual strength.
