Class Description
As we move and breathe during our practice in a conscious segmented manner, we actively integrate the parts of the psyche that have been segmented by trauma. We are consciously creating splits/determinations in our psyche and 10 bodies. A sane person has 27 splits in their psyche, imbalances and traumas can create more. To individuate is to integrate these splits into a whole conscious being. As the system strengthens you can handle more success, love, prosperity, etc. The “Lion’s Roar” is when we move towards what is challenging to face and gain momentum as we turn inwards. This invigorating set opens the spine and activates the life nerve, giving you the energy to be fully present. Opening the spine gives you the physical experience, tuning your mind to look at something bigger than your limiting beliefs.
