Being Present - with Magdalena Lawniczek

This practice helps your body with integrating strong cosmic energies and alchemising them into healthy upgrades.
You’ll feel renewed and safe in your body thanks to gentle, intentional movement , detoxifying using the power of your own breath and then dropping into a longer relaxation.

Integrate the teachings and energies of the weekend with Guru Jagat and the women of Immense Grace. Commune, ask questions and meditate for yourself and for each other.

This class is maintenance focused. Energy is waning after the eclipse season. Now it’s time for integration, and metabolizing all the energy you passed through. After those high-powered moments, it’s important to take time to let everything settle in the right place for lasting effects. Your yoga practice is a long-term relationship. And like any other relationship, it needs maintenance.
Health and wellbeing is so vital. The meditation in this class prays for healing, and you can use that field of the resonance of prayer to shift reality. Modern research proves the resonance of prayer, and the measurable levels of positive and negative intent. Don’t let the blind spot of your self-pity/loathing/etc block your comprehension from noticing when your prayer is answered. Let yourself be open to miracles.

As we move and breathe during our practice in a conscious segmented manner, we actively integrate the parts of the psyche that have been segmented by trauma.  We are consciously creating splits/determinations in our psyche and 10 bodies. A sane person has 27 splits in their psyche, imbalances and traumas can create more. To individuate is to integrate these splits into a whole conscious being.  As the system strengthens you can handle more success, love, prosperity, etc. The “Lion’s Roar” is when we move towards what is challenging to face and gain momentum as we turn inwards.  This invigorating set opens the spine and activates the life nerve, giving you the energy to be fully present. Opening the spine gives you the physical experience, tuning your mind to look at something bigger than your limiting beliefs.
