Work with Sat Kriya, stretch pose, yogic locks, breath of fire, massage the spine and move through your thoracic lumbar. End the session with 3 powerful minutes of frogs to strengthen the legs and work the parathyroid and 3 minutes of sarbung dandes to get your internal energy flowing.
