Yogi Bhajan says,  “Either you serve time or you conquer time.  You are serving time or time serves you.”

Our existence on this planet, with our alignment to timelines and schedules – often calls us to try to achieve something by a certain time or standard based on comparison to something outside of ourselves and our connection with the divine.  Maintaining our divine connection and our adherence to our own ethics, values and rhythms is what keeps us in tune with our soul selves.  Reverence instead of reference.

We call on our will to command our ego so that we may connect with our own divinity with a kriya for Keep Up Spirit, and the Choke Meditation (which isn’t at all like it sounds…).
