This class is maintenance focused. Energy is waning after the eclipse season. Now it’s time for integration, and metabolizing all the energy you passed through. After those high-powered moments, it’s important to take time to let everything settle in the right place for lasting effects. Your yoga practice is a long-term relationship. And like any other relationship, it needs maintenance.
Health and wellbeing is so vital. The meditation in this class prays for healing, and you can use that field of the resonance of prayer to shift reality. Modern research proves the resonance of prayer, and the measurable levels of positive and negative intent. Don’t let the blind spot of your self-pity/loathing/etc block your comprehension from noticing when your prayer is answered. Let yourself be open to miracles.

The Generating, Organizing, and Delivering mind that will neutralize your problems with family.

This practice will un-numb you and work on your stress and depression. The meditation gets you to see your weakness in your system and it helps you focus in the right direction of mental clarity and strength. That is when the real personality becomes so dominant and radiant that you see the gem like quality in you.
