We’re just coming out of the dark ages, so all of the souls coming onto the planet are highly advanced and increasingly sophisticated beings. Women are getting more power and the need to reconcile and confront the gender violence of the past will be necessary to move forward.  It’s the mother’s right and privilege to purify the consciousness of the child before birth. In-utero is when the child is most receptive and the mother can completely purify the subtle body of the infant. One can also become very pure before conception and then create the identity of that child at an elevated frequency.

Practicing both the Hast and Gyan Chakra Kriyas, not only gives a serious arm workout, but more importantly, it can change the aura.

You have an internal GPS that can tell you how to get anywhere – but you have to pay attention and tune it up. If you rely on AI or computer GPS, it’ll tell you the way someone else wants you to drive and you never actually learn the landscape. You give up autonomy and your ego stays comfortable, but your intuition gets played. You get foggy, feel fatigued, “zombied” out. But through physical Kundalini yoga, you can calibrate your internal GPS to help guide the body/mind system. It can create a real map where you see the forest for the trees and a clear path through.
