It actually helps when you’ve gotten yourself into some conundrums and figured out a way out of them. Stress is what keeps us from being tolerant to ourselves and to others. The “stress personality” ,that we all have a version of, is the lowest common denominator. It says things we don’t want to say, does things we don’t want to do, has its own facial expressions. You look different when you are in your stress personality, possibly older. This set is designed to take away the stress so you that you can truly live.
