Loosening the Stressor Points in the Body
Class Description
Without realizing we hold stress in our bodies and minds. Stress creates toxicity and over time can build into deposits. In this class we practice a series of exercises to unravel tension points, deeply detox the organs, refresh the brain and relax the entire body. Interwoven into the practice is an array of mantras for a quantumly integrated rejuvenating experience. Chant the healing mantra Ra Ma Da Sa as a prayer for others, then lie on the back and feel the healing energy wash over you.
