Create a situation where there is some stress so the body has to uplevel, upgrade, and catch up to the system, opening a space of more potent clarity and meditative depth. When the currents in life are strong more energy is required, so start the day with a victory over your own inertia, sluggishness, and fatigue. Align with the natural cycles and rhythms of life so that time doesn’t eat you up – rather you are mastering and commanding time. “If a person in the morning does not move his body in such a way that the capacity of his body developed during his sleeping hours is not activated to take the stress and the strain of the day then we are getting right straight into a problem for the whole day.”
