Solar Pranic Purification

In today’s super boost we practiced Surya Kriya. Harnessing “Sun energy” drawing
from the breath a clear and focused mind, in combination with Pran Bandha Mantra Meditation.

“Sun-Surya is the energy of purification. It holds the weight down. It aid’s digestion. It makes the mind clear, analytic and action oriented. The exercises systematically stimulate the positive pranic force and the kundalini energy itself”

“Pran Bandha Mantra means that mantra, or sound combination, that collects, binds, and commands the life force or prana. Pavan is the air, the breath, the carrier of prana, or the life force. This is God in action.”
