In Kundalini Yoga Prana is the term for our Chi or Life Force.
Soul Body- the soul itself. Subtle Body - the body which travels with the soul through all lifetimes. Pranic Body - the body which is our life force or chi.
In this relaxing practice you’ll drop underneath gross awareness and tune it the feeling of the pranic body, subtle body, and soul body.
