Class Description
Jupiter rules the flow of wisdom, wealth, and expansion. In this meditation, you command the Jupiter energy through the circuitry of the index finger and circulate that intelligence into the arcline, your projective magnetic field of manifestation.
In yogic anatomy, the index/Jupiter finger controls the medulla oblangata, which plays a critical role in transmitting signals between the spinal cord and the higher parts of the brain and in controlling autonomic activities, such as heartbeat and respiration. By adjusting these autonomic and cognitive functions, the experiential effects are one of calm, clarity, and higher thinking.
The notes on this meditation are that it can help you to become “bright, beautiful, bountiful,” and that “it is not a worship the man, it's not a worshipping the God, it's worshiping God within.” Don't put your deities outside you, put them inside you. Practice this meditation to be decent, be noble, be gracious and let prosperity, success, and fulfillment circulate your psyche.
