Scorpio Full Moon

In the yogic system of the Ten Bodies, the subtle body and the soul body are intimately linked. The subtle body carries the soul body through this incarnation - and from one incarnation to the next. This practice brings you into awareness of that connection and attunes the flow of Chi, your vital life force and animating energy.

We begin with a kriya to refine and sensitize the subtle energy, followed by a meditation for emotional balance and a pranayam for healing and restoration. Through this sequence, you establish a direct relationship with the sacred current of life moving through you, carrying a sense of reverence for your own vitality into every part of your being.

In Kundalini Yoga the Kundalini energy is moved through the spine by the harmony of the movement of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and consciously directed sound.  In this class experience deep breathing to unlock your full pranic potential and release and open the area around the heart space.  Includes gong relaxation.

What is restorative yoga? The feel-good effects of restorative flow come from a deep release of both the physical and subtle bodies.  In this restorative Kriya experience stretching opening and release of both the physical body and nervous system.  This Kriya concludes with a glandular restoring inversion and nap.
