When i'm able to experience change without fear, with a sense of joy and curiosity, then i'm able to be a guide for others who may be experiencing fear or nervousness when change is occuring.

This practice works the glandular system to prepare the body to meditate; It's followed by a special set of meditation positions set to a mantra that removes fear and puts a deep stablity and steadiness in the heart and nervous system.

We speak and we listen - and this appears to be two separate entities. At the very beginning of creation there was nothing but a single point that the listener and the speaker originated from. The great speaker/creator/spirit of the universe spoke, and all became. In a daily Yoga/Meditation/Breath practice, we narrow the perception of separation of the origin and the destination, or the speaker and the listener. When we narrow the perception of separation all becomes one point and duality leaves, the need to be at-odds leaves, the grasping for the fleeting material of the world is relaxed. In this intuitively guided environment, a flow of spirit is expressed from and the healing energy of the universe is spoken from - the word becomes a healing inspiring elevating force.
