Lit Like A Candle

I have a longing - The greater notion of Yoga is that I don’t over-identify with the fluctuations of the psyche. When I have a daily practice, my desires come from a higher place. When left to default, gravity takes place and we dwell in the lower octaves of the psyche. With a daily practice, longing can become a point of embodied prayer; and I do that with practice. 
We practice a vigorous Pranayam and Yoga set, to empower the energetic system to be able to have a deep and unwavering trust in my path. 

A miracle is a little glimpse beyond the veils of a gift that I can harvest or sew a seed with movement, mantra, and conscious  breathing. I can integrate and embody miraculous happenings into my body.

With the Jai Te Gang mantra, I can cut through doubt, illusions and delusions in the mind, often imposed from the outside, and reorganize the thought forms into ones that benefit me and those around me, and imposed by me.

In this class, practice a fun and expansive Yoga set with the classic and whimsical recording of "Sat Nam Wahe Guru"

And a pranic meditation for the front of the brain and oceanic expansion.
