Class Description
If a pattern wants to break that is creating dis-ease, I can use this potential discomfort as an opportunity to act and learn and grow. Thats what the Mantra, Breath, and Yoga helps us to understand and integrate. When the time is on you, start and the pressure will be off. I can clear my lens and strengthen the system with the practice, and become more action oriented and less reaction oriented.
In this vigorous class, we will move the Chatr Chakr Vartee mantra through the body to remove fear.
