Compassion is an embodied practice that occurs with no effort if you’re practicing yoga. The biochemistry of the body becomes balanced & open, & you are able to see things from multiple perspectives. It is beyond right or wrong. It has to deal with true strength. You can hold the space for world leaders, the polarity of our world, for yourself, and others.

Because of lack of training of the mind, it’s hard to tell the difference between reality and imagination. We need to strengthen the mind with our practice to become grounded.

Being spiritual does not mean not reacting. Being spiritual actually means to react quickly, strongly, to stand up in what you believe in, to protect yourself, and protect others. We want to have a response system that is an open field. Your developing your sensory system so that you can sense what is coming and you are prepared for it.

This age is all about self-initiation. If you are living a conscious life, you are creating your narrative. If you are living a subconscious life, others are creating the narrative for you.

Celestial Communication is a creative act and is very expressive. You can make it up on your own. It puts the frequency into the 10 bodies.

Relay art is a science. No one is taught how to have a long-lasting relationship. Kundalini yoga covers all the facilities of householder life. All relationships are a truples. It’s you, the other person, and the ship of the relationship that needs to be steered. Whoever is the ultimate giver in the relationship needs to steer the ship. If you feel like you have nothing more to give, then you are usually the taker in the relationship. If the giver and taker in the relationship are doing their jobs correctly, then energy, love, sex, and everyone’s life will get better and you will keep on growing and enhancing your long-term relationship.

We can’t handle one person, how can we handle multiple relationships? It’s a full-time job to be polyamorous. One person will always be left out and you will spend all of your time processing the relationship. Focus on growing into one long-term, happy relationship where you can continue to grow and learn from the person in front of you.

Everybody knows love is the point of life, but Yogi Bhajan coined another term, “scientific love,” to purify the incredibly toxic animalistic love of the New Age that began in the 1960s and still unfortunately has a strong holdover today. (Refer to his best quote: “People of new age confused, people of personal essence perfect.”)

There are all kinds of love and it’s important to be appropriate to the specific relationship. Things like age are important; we’re not just souls, we’re in human bodies and it is inappropriate to not acknowledge our human existence. Therefore there’s appropriate and different ways to love everyone, from an acquaintance to a grandma to a romantic interest.

Your own specificity in life matters too. Cycles of consciousness change as you grow up and there’s different ways to treat yourself as you get older. Life cycles are helpful to know when you’ll go through particularly challenging times.

In your life, things will always be changes, so you don’t just want things to be calm and pretty all the time; you also need the ability to catch up or jump ahead or deal with crisis. However, you also need to be on top of yourself and prepare as much as possible.
