Work on the 10 Body system in this class, particularly the Pranic Body. The Pranic Body is more than just your breath. It is the intelligence, life force and spirit of your breath. It is the full capacity of your breath and what it gives you.

Learn great tips for your pranic practice. Get good tools and develop skills to keep yourself vital and clear. You need enough pranic capacity to not let your opinions and beliefs be weaponized against you.

Gain the energy of clear mind and pranic capacity to be able to think critically and see things from multiple perspectives. What is the manadala of your belief system right now? Reflect on this question as you move through the yoga in this class.

Oxygenate your blood and develop your critical thought mechanism.

Your life is more than just a mass media curation of check boxes to tick. It requires plasticity of the brain and pranic strength to have complexity in your belief system. Think for yourself rather than following what somebody else has told you what youre supposed to look, act and be like. What is true for you? Meditate on that in this session.
