One of the only constants in this human lifetime is change. If we can be certain of one thing, we can be certain that change is inevitable. The undirected mind innately fears change. How do I know I will be safe? How do I know I will be happy? How do I know it will all work out? There's a fight or flight, beautifully human desire that begs us to stay close to the familiar, to stay as safe and comfortable as possible.

But the expanded mind knows that change is growth. Now, recognize that all transformation is great change. We WANT the transformation, which means we need to learn to strengthen the muscle and our receptivity to welcome change with open arms. The fear comes from our mind's narrow comprehension of how incredible our realities can become. Even our grandest vision is small in comparison to the vastness of infinity. It’s in the release of this fear that love can prevail, welcoming all changes as the seeds for the transformation you await.

Practice this meditation to free your mind of any doubt and regain the full potency of your radiance. Shift the frequency of the mind to an elevation that sees the beauty of potential in all change. Surrender to the power of your soul, remembering that the magic lies in the unknown, in the unforeseen, and the uncharted.

Find a Grounding Foundation

When we are living on a polarity planet, the forces that try to keep us controlled are just as heavy as the forces that want us to elevate. Learn to survive physically, emotionally, and mentally. You have to be alert and aware to keep your body mind system as high as possible. Be steady with one step at a time keeping the frequency as high possibility. This does not make you have to be blindly positive. When you are grounded you can work with more etheric and subtle spaces in an alert and powerful way. Move forward steadily with alertness, intelligence, and generosity keeping the forces as high as possible.

With our practice, we have the type of nervous system strength, the third chakra balanced, which balances the other chakras, the 10 body chi, the mental clarity, intelligence and intuitive wisdom to become resilient. We’re doing one thing a day to keep us in the higher velocity. You will see the fruits of your labor in times like these. You can face whatever is in front of you with great power. That’s how you get out of destructive patterns.

Create foundations that have the power to pick one higher frequency choice at a time. Use your time wisely. You can’t get time back. Do whatever you need to do to get some of the pressure off in a productive and positive way. Elevate and move the ball forward.

The Simple Science of Fruit

Self-Discipline Creates Grace

When you meditate with a piece of fruit it’s a metaphor for putting power and energy into anything - a business, a relationship. Anything appearing as an external expression of your power, is an exercise to remember that it’s an internal expression of your power that has expressed itself externally.

The window between Equinox and the days of Passover & Easter is a time that great healing can take place and that’s what these fruit meditations are for.

The exercises in this class will help save you from your personal shortcomings sooner than later. You need this because you can’t live by feelings and emotions. You must live by your intuition and consciousness. With a simple diet, your blood, brain, and gut chemistry change. Eat simple earth-based clean foods and you have a clearer mind. That’s basic yogic science. Experiment with this in your own input/output and see what resonates.

Clear your mind so that you can guide your life by intuition and consciousness. Emotions are normal but without intuition a person is blind. The 3rd eye is human intuition and once you develop this self-mastery you can always know right action. Service creates permanent love and friendship. Self-discipline creates grace. Neutral mind creates wisdom. These are the teachings for a prosperous life. You don’t not know it’s just that the signal is scrambled. You will use the sound current to open up that wisdom.

Learn about the technology of the Lunar days, particularly the 10th & 11th day of the moon. You want to set frequency in your system so that you can receive the energy that is available. These cosmic configurations are opportunities for a lot to be activated. As a yogi you can train to magnify the highest creativity. Right action comes out of a biochemical reaction in your system which is why the physical yoga is essential. Right action is not an idea of what you think you should do. It is biochemistry and the right action is an outpouring from that chemical reaction. Its symptoms include feeling good, guilt free, clear minded and energized.
