Class Description

Learn a few yogic diet tips in this class like having papaya for dinner.  Give your liver a bit of a break. Keep a simple diet of fruits and vegetables; preferably raw.

Kundalini yoga (44:52) to stimulate the 3rd chakra including Sat Kriya (48:40)
