EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping brings Chinese Acupressure and Modern psychology together. Often called emotional acupuncture, Tapping works by creating a spark that zips through the meridian systems (pathways in the body in which energy flows). It clears the blocks, calming the body and nervous system so we can rewire the brain and restore the body’s balance of energy. As we tap, we are reducing the body’s stress response, to allow for a balanced emotional response to any situation.
Tap to expand your inner beauty, enhance your self-worth, and realign with the energetics of infinity inherent to your being. Revitalize your clarity, limitless self-perception, and capacity to self-heal, self-soothe, and open your channels to receptivity.
AMY PIPER is a certified practitioner and trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques. Her passion for EFT (tapping) originates from direct experience with this transformational work. Beginning the journey initially as a client in 2012, she was stunned with the quickness in which old beliefs, patterns, and obstacles could be released and cleared.
She pursued EFT certification in 2016 and then went on to become an EFT trainer in 2019. Working in 1:1 sessions or teaching other professionals the power of these techniques, sharing EFT with others has been a profound experience. While she works with her clients on a variety of life issues, her specialty involves working with individuals to identify and break through negative belief systems in the areas of love and relationships. Her true joy and devotion to this work is to help clients break the cycle of old patterns and clear any limiting beliefs, so they can expand their beliefs about what is possible in their lives.
Amy’s formal education is as a speech-language pathologist; she completed her Master’s in speech sciences and embarked on this career nearly 20 years ago. She enjoyed working with people, specializing in the area of brain injury/trauma within speech pathology, however, often felt that something was missing. Her career involved working primarily with people who had experienced a traumatic event, as part of a rehab team of professionals. When she encountered EFT (tapping), Amy realized this was the piece that had been missing. EFT has the power to heal traumatic
experiences/memories that are held in the body and energy system. Releasing these traumas and/or painful experiences can have a profound effect on one’s health. This skill came from understanding both where and how trauma is held physically and energetically in the body. Merging the techniques of EFT with her formal educational training has created significant shifts in her clients’ overall health and well being.
Amy also completed her certification as a Kundalini yoga instructor in 2016, after 15 years of devotion to the practice. She commits to a daily meditation and yoga practice to remain grounded and allow the flow of intuition to guide her sessions with clients.
