Class Description
In this class Harmanjot discusses transitioning off the cleanse. How to transition off the cleanse in a gentle, stabilising way. The foods in the cleanse will put you in a Sattvic state - which is very saintly and angelic. Adjust the system so that you can traverse through all the three different states - Sattvic, Rajas and Tamasic - at your own will.
Practice a kriya which tonifies the intestines and digestive system - which can be the body's first signal that something is off, followed by a healing meditation. Another secret Yogi Bhajan recipe is also shared.
