The only riches that you get to take with you beyond this lifetime is your meditative power and sovereignty of mind. The last breath you take will be the most important one of your life. Practice conscious breathing as much as you can while you are alive. This is the training for your last breath. May it be conscious. That’s the game. Don’t waste your life on foolish things. Because of our insecurities, we waste time, relationships, and experiences. You are a mental light. Bring in the good and let out the bad and life can be fun. Use your purity to enhance your reality. Your radiance is better than anything external that you think will enhance you. Be caring, conscious, and compassionate then you can never be defeated. That is the test. How much can you do that? Put all decisions to the subjection of your consciousness. If it is right, then your consciousness will permit it. Live by that one teaching. It is the key to your universal happiness.

Guilt is a great indicator as to whether you were conscious at the time of a decision. If you feel guilty, then you were not in relation to your consciousness at the moment you made that decision. You didn’t have enough clarity to be in right action. That is what guilt is.

How much heaven can you bring to the earth through your consciousness channel? That is what you’ll work in this class. So that on your last breath, you will not have regrets. Your victories, meditative accomplishments, compassion, and kindness all go with you.
