Tune in to learn how to create caliber in yourself with the kundalini yoga in this class. In order to create caliber, you must repeat - JAP. Do not repeat the well-trodden groove of your neuroses. Instead, create a deeper groove by repeating the higher vibration. That is what the mantra is and does. Learn about what the kriya is and does during the lecture. Kriya means to move from one coordinate to a higher and more enjoyable vibration. You practice. You repeat and it creates a deeper groove of your caliber in the right direction.
