Class Description
You should walk at least 5 miles a day. That is the yogic recommendation. You can work out all your so-called problems. Play the mantra, do 45 minutes of yoga, meditate, and get a good walk in.
You cannot activate your own sovereignty without interdependence. We need each other in order support to our communities. Be strong enough to understand that we can’t exist without each other. It’s a nervous system strength. The myth of the American dream and the experiment of patriarchy did not work. It’s time for something different and it’s going to require ingenuity. We need to have thought-provoking conversations so we can solve the problems we are all facing. We need the friction of thought. A good debate.
The great feminine force of creativity allows us to see multiple perspectives and have compassion. You are a complex and multi-faceted person. To begin cultivating self-experience and self-knowledge means you must relieve yourself of being opinionated and contracted. You develop the strength to look someone in the eye and see multiple perspectives with the yogic science and mind training. It gives you the power of compassion and intelligence.
