The Swell of Energy

The last breath you take will be the most important one of your life. Practice conscious breathing as much as you can while you are alive. This is the training for your last breath. May it be conscious. That’s the game. Don’t waste your life on foolish things. Because of our insecurities, we waste time, relationships, and experiences. You are a mental light. Bring in the good and let out the bad and life can be fun. Use your purity to enhance your reality. Your radiance is better than anything external that you think will enhance you. Be caring, conscious, and compassionate then you can never be defeated. That is the test. How much can you do that? Put all decisions to the subjection of your consciousness. If it is right, then your consciousness will permit it. Live by that one teaching. It is the key to your universal happiness.

Do you have enough personal power and breath to receive this teaching? Decide, am I conscious?

Guilt is a great indicator as to whether you were conscious at the time of a decision. If you feel guilty, then you were not in relation to your consciousness at the moment you made that decision. You didn’t have enough clarity to be in right action. That is what guilt is.

How much heaven can you bring to the earth through your consciousness channel? That is what you’ll work in this class. So that on your last breath, you will not have regrets. Your victories, meditative accomplishments, compassion, and kindness all go with you.

What sets you apart in your creative fulfillment is your staying power. You’ve got to train yourself to stay the course. That is wealth. It has nothing to do with your bank account. True prosperity is when you have the stamina to stay the course. Whether you’re on top or at rock bottom - build your endurance to stay the course. Do your art and do it with dignity.

This is what you’ll develop in this session. Clarity of mind, clarity of vision and stamina. Whatever the next right action is, you have enough energy and capacity to take that step.

If you want to have more staying power, then sacrifice wanting to be liked. The only person that matters as to whether they like you or not is YOU. That is a challenge because you’ve been taught not to like you. That takes away a lot of energy. This class works on establishing a new level of your physical, mental, and spiritual stamina to be kind to yourself and then be kind to others.

You are supposed to care about other people liking you and you are not supposed to like yourself. That is what is socially acceptable. That is our training, and that self-loathing is exhausting.
