Class Description

Tune into this class for an accompaniment of live crystal bowl music. The teachings in this class are designed to prepare you for Summer Solstice. Yoga is intended to be practiced for a few weeks prior to what is considered the most powerful day of the year in yogic tradition. If you are just incredibly prepared, you can be very successful. Learn the yogic strategy for preparation. Have 4 plans. Plan A-C and one backup plan. Being well prepared will get you everywhere.

Good tips: Dress well. It amplifies your auric frequency. Prepare. Show up with your 4 plans. You will be victorious. The weeks leading to Summer Solstice are very energized. This is go-go time. Prepare for it with the kundalini yoga in this class. Do something every day. Let it be the same. It will deepen your neural pathways.
