Leading up to the new moon on the 17th and the equinox is the time to amp up your physical yoga practice. Equinoxes are actually the most potent times of the year, because the planet is in absolute balance.

A lot of people are becoming way more sensitized now, and you need more physical practice to strengthen the nervous system and get grounded when that happens.

Begin Yoga (30:35) with Cat Cow and Fists of Anger. Move onto Yoga set that includes Sat Kriya and Gong Relaxation.

Men are carrying a burden in this changeover into the Aquarian Age. Women have massive responsibility of creating the baseline frequency of the future via conscious pregnancy and simply holding the space so that men have more time to meditate and grow to hold a larger containment of energy, being grounded and security.
Kriya for man to become invincible and evergreen, the exercises will call upon you to command yourself and environments, you can recoup yourself. A triad of meditations for the age of Aquarius – 11 minutes each Kirtan Kriya, Sat Kriya, Sodarshan – will open chakras, balance tattvas, and the power of your own being.

In Guru Jagat’s last class before her trip to Tibet, she discusses creative impact. Learning to create for creations sake is always worth it. Creativity flowing is a sign of the kundalini rising, you will be in a better mood and be less self-destructive. The creative impulse will give you more energy, so you will always have time to create! The creative impulse is also closely connected to your youth, not your chronology, but your youthfulness.
