Develop your Pranic force because the deeper your breath, the deeper your nerves are which means you don’t get rattled easily. There is a direct correlation between your Pranic capacity and anxiety.

Learn about the anatomy of your nadis and cleanse them in this class. It is the circuitry of your electromagnetic frequency. The more open your nadi channels are, the more stamina you have. You can handle more pressure mentally, physically and emotionally. That is leadership.
