Intuitive Strategy

It’s a very valuable time to get yoga and meditation out to children, because they are the future. We really have to make spaces for them that feel safe, sensitive and subtle. We are responsible for these increasingly very sensitive souls. Early on Yogi Bhajan said that if we raise the vibration (which people did) enough, we’d have gods and goddesses incarnating from the cusp of the Aquarian Age on.

They (like everyone in a human body) actually need this understanding of how to care for and maintain the human system, and it’s our responsibility to continue keeping up the mission of getting this peace and purity out to all of humankind.

The purpose of all the sadhana, yoga classes, workshops, camps and trainings, is to build strong intuition. From there you can very easily see what's good and where to go. The answers should become clear. Then you need strength, forgiveness, endurance and tolerance to just participate, uplift and make things better.
