Class Description
The time before Winter Solstice is a time for contemplation and to amplify your practice. Try to stop, drop and do a little yoga or meditation three times a day.
The morning practice helps you create a positive imagination before you begin the day. It creates a mold that has a higher velocity than the subconscious pattern of your suffering, misery, depression, or fear of the future. The subconscious mind dumps throughout the night so you have a film on the mind. Clear that film and redirect the mind for the pattern of the day you want. A practice from four to seven pm is another time when the sun is at a 60 degree angle of the earth. It helps you catch more energy.
