Success is enjoying the increasing pressure and getting stronger from it. Being grateful for all of the challenging, as well as rewarding circumstances equally because they are all gifts. The yogic formula is that you only have x amount of energy + x amount of energy, in the life and the day, so best be resourceful with it. We get so much energy from kundalini yoga, it seems superhuman. One tip the Master gave was to do 1-2 minutes of Breath of fire every couple of hours.
One of the reasons yogis developed dream yoga & lucid dreaming was because they didn't want to waste time sleeping when they could be meditating. The perversion of 'leisure' in modern society is not functional rest but just giving up and enabling each others' indulgence in weakness.
