Enlightenment can hit in meditation or when you are washing the floors because you have two states: mediation and post meditation. You can refine your post mediation state by the was you consciously breathe throughout your day and your awareness. The most valuable think on this planet is your attention and what you do with that attention.
This practice will decalcify your pineal gland which allows you to become more awake and aware. We live on a polarity planet and as a yogi, it is our job to maneuver through these polarities in a way that is intelligent, sophisticated, with energy, and humor.
