Class Description
Guru Jagat describes how the physical anatomy of the body works with our energetics and our lives as a householder. She specifically discusses how the circulatory system is represented in multiple ways in our lives.
We need community to practice exchange and circulation. When we circulate, we feel better. Circulate breath, blood, energy, community to feel better.
Practice a kriya that defines “squats for days” and will place you in your lower triangle and activate the apanic force.
