Class Description
This session is an invitation to soften, receive, and reconnect with the simple joy of being. We’ll begin by cultivating gratitude, shifting awareness to what is abundant and supportive in your life. Through gentle movement and slow, conscious breath, you’ll unwind tension and prepare the heart to open.
Enjoy a heart-centered chanting meditation using “Hummee Hum Brahm Hum.” This mantra, repeated with slow, steady breath, creates a gentle rhythm that is both uplifting and deeply calming. As you chant, the vibrations help dissolve resistance, expand the heart center, and invite in a sense of enjoyment and ease.
Relaxation is woven throughout the session, encouraging you to let go of striving and simply receive the benefits of the practice. This is a space to savor the present moment, nourish your spirit, and remember that gratitude and joy are always available, no matter what’s happening outside.
