Class Description
This class kicks off Guru Jagat’s residency at RA MA New York.
Train the entire 10 body system. If your proprioception is rusty then you’ll work on that in this class. Proprioception refers to how you move about the world in time and space.
The Future of Fitness classes present all-encompassing training for the physical, mental and etheric bodies. This class emphasizes physical endurance and mental agility. Activate the solar energy. Revitalize with the breath of fire. Meditate to balance the brain hemispheres and self-command your stamina.
Let your system get charged. Cultivate and move Qi through your whole system. The active Kriya in this class helps you access solar energy whether the sun is out or not.
Begin with Fists of Anger (15:15) to help you focus on your anger so you can clear it consciously and it won’t leak into your daily life. Impress a lot of light into your body.
Right Nostril breathing (21:26) to open up the left hemisphere of brain. You will feel very energized from this breath. Continue with breath of fire through a yoga set (33:52) including bow pose and stretch pose.
11-Minute Meditation (1:05:44) to work on your perception and conquer yourself. You control your own body. Followed by gong relaxation (1:17:52).
