Class Description
Develop your sensory system and creative self through a strong practice of breathwork. You will increase both strength and sensitivity, activating in you, “The Warrior Saint.” Experience sensations from the kundalini yoga in this class and how it circulates through your Ten Bodies.
Activate and cultivate your intuitive wisdom. Learn more about this topic with the lecture in this class. You need a living teacher to guide you through the wasteland of your subconscious mind so that you can receive the wisdom teachings that are right for you. From the heart of the teacher to the heart of the student. Get strong enough to overcome the co-opting of the subconscious mind trying to take you off your path. Use this practice to avoid being comfortable and having a status quo existence. Go deep, not wide. That does not serve you.
