Class Description

Tantra is how you contain and conduct your energy and how that energy relates to others. The theory of balance is that there is automatic equal construction and destruction; therefore, there is no paranoia, no phobia, and no insecurity. Anytime we create something, destruction automatically occurs, which in the balance point. Insecurity is not that you’re insecure, it’s just you want to balance out development of the positive. A yogi is a master of the polarities.  How you deal with the construction is how you deal with the destruction.  You are the wealth, not your material wealth. Once your worth is realized it does not matter what is being destroyed or created.

You habitually move in the same way over and over again.  How can you not think the same way over and over?  Nonlinear movement breaks the habitual patterns of the 10 bodies.
