Learn about the quantum physics of reality. There are multiple streams of time and space. Your job as a yogi, if you choose to live on a level of higher consciousness, can practice and maximize all the energy available for it. This is basic string theory. You will train in this class to be able to leave a version of yourself in the wasteland of your subconscious patterns, make that negotiation, and then take the pressure of the part of you wanting to wake up and go there instead. There is an evolutionary thrust in your psyche and that is why you’re receiving these teachings. Practice in this class and gain energy to be able to shoot up the ladder of dimensions into another aspect of your time stream. That’s the quantum leap from your angst - your fate. This is the question you ask in your daily practice. How can I get to my destiny realm? And how do I stay there? This is the reason you practice. Kundalini gives you the energy required to get this running start and jump into other awarenesses. Take major leaps on your quantum fate-destiny spectrum with the yoga in this session.

The seedling of what’s possible would not be in you if it wasn’t for you to rise to the caliber of. Run your mental games while simultaneously going higher by attuning your mind-body system to those higher coordinates of your destiny.

If you’re going to do things that are objectively damaging to your body, like hard drugs or something, you need to critically examine how much you can actually handle, which is unbelievably difficult because the whole point of external substances is that they get away from you and vastly overpower and damage your mind more than you could have anticipated.

The whole point of human knowledge is to make it a little easier on the future so they’re not wildly guessing in the dark. It only takes 10-15% more of whatever spiritual practice you’re doing to become a saint. There’s no need to punish yourself or feel guilty, just keep up and do the best you can.

We need 1-2 hours of strong exercise per day in order to be productive. (2 is ideal.) It accelerates the human and is especially necessary for women to exercise and stay outward and productive every day. Kriyas are great forms of exercise because they work all of the 10 bodies, and meditation in the morning is the “principle of life.”

The meditation in this class is very good for calming when you get emotional.
Tip: Drinking a glass of water is the first thing you should do if you start to get emotional.
